ORDERING

You can place your order by telephone, email or directly on the website.  When ordering online you will be directed to an ordering page via the menu item "VIEW STAMPS" Your orders will be placed in a shopping basket and you will asked to complete your personal details - name, addres, after which you are required to click on "ORDER".

Shipping - and handling:

We ship all orders through Post NL. Visit website here. This means your package will be personally delivered at the specified address. We will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your item. All orders will take at least 5 days to ship.  

Cost:

The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the package.

   Extra postage charges will be added for all shipped multi-carton/heavy lots. 

Payment:

At Stamp Collection Center you can pay through PayPal. Once you have ordered we will send you a payment request through PayPal - once we have received payment we will send you your stamps.

Import Duties & International Taxation:

Please note that shipping and handling, does not include your countries Import Duties & International Taxation. When your item arrives in your country the customs service, a government agency of your country, may charge you a customs fee on the item. We have no control over this and is very difficult to anticipate. These fees will have to be paid when the item is delivered or received at the post office. Remember it is up to you to anticipate these charges.
